The Name
Three letters that carry a whole city. BEY is the airport code for Beirut, the city where both Marc and Chaouki were born, where every meal opens with a thousand small plates and ends with everyone still at the table.
When Chaouki's medical career brought them to Atlanta in 2019, they didn't leave Beirut behind. They brought it with them. The arches, the pinks, the sea greens, the arak poured generously: Bey is the answer to a specific kind of longing, built for anyone who has ever loved a table that never quite empties.

The Founders

Marc Mansour
Executive Chef & Co-Owner“I learned to cook at my mother's side. The right ratio of lemon to parsley. That's not technique, that's memory.”
Born in Beirut, Marc attended culinary school in Lebanon before moving to the US in 2001. He rose through major hotel kitchens, including a tenure as Director of Catering & Events at the Four Seasons Atlanta, before returning to what he always knew best: family food, cooked with full intention.

Chaouki “C.K.” Khoury
Co-Owner & Hospitality Director“Medicine teaches you to listen. So does hospitality. The best restaurants make you feel seen the moment you walk in.”
A neurologist by training, C.K. co-founded Zatar Lebanese Tapas & Bar in Dallas in 2016 alongside Marc. When his practice relocated him to Atlanta in 2019, he brought the vision with him, a place where Lebanese warmth and Southern welcome meet, where the door is always open and the arak always cold.

We cook the way our mothers cooked.
From scratch. With pride. For everyone.
Our Philosophy
What we
believe in.
From Scratch, Always
Every hummus, every dough, every sauce starts from zero. Nothing leaves our kitchen that didn't begin with real ingredients and real intention.
Family at the Table
Lebanese food was never meant to be eaten alone. The mezze tradition is built on passing, sharing, and pouring. The table grows to fit everyone.
Rooted in Lebanon
Lebanese culture is vivid, layered, and proud. Not a caricature. We cook with the same spirit you'd find in any Beirut kitchen: bright, bold, and deeply personal.
